Independent Algorithmic Trading Lab
AI-powered research. Quantitative logic. Automated execution.
02Philosophy
We do not claim to know where the market is going. Nobody does. What can be engineered is the process around that uncertainty.
Data. Probability. Rules. Risk control. Automated execution. TYO approaches the market with algorithms instead of emotion — and treats every result as evidence, not proof.
Community
Our free Expert Advisors are distributed through MQL5, the official MetaTrader marketplace. Every download is an independent trader choosing to run our code.

03AI Accelerated Development
We use AI where it genuinely compounds engineering output — reading data, drafting code, structuring tests, summarising results, exploring parameter space. The trading logic itself stays explicit, readable and auditable.
AI does not predict markets, and no model here is presented as a forecast of future prices.
04From Idea to Algorithm
A market observation is not a strategy. It becomes one only after it survives definition, quantification, implementation and test.
Expert Advisors
Each Expert Advisor is documented with its concept, logic, risk model and test conditions. No black boxes, no unexplained results.
06Backtest Lab
Most ideas fail. That is the point. A backtest is not a sales asset — it is the instrument that tells us which ideas deserve more of our time.
07Development History
Then we test. And test again. And rebuild.
A behaviour is noticed in the market. At this point it is nothing more than an observation and a question: could this be written down as a rule?
The observation is tested against history, across volatility regimes and sessions, before a single line of trading code is written. Most ideas end here.
The rule is implemented in its crudest possible form — entries only, no risk layer, no optimisation. The goal is not profit; it is to find out whether the behaviour is measurable at all.
Tick-level testing over multiple years and market conditions, with spread and commission modelled. The test conditions are recorded at the same time as the result — a number without its conditions is not evidence.
Most prototypes fail here, and this is the most valuable stage in the loop. A model that only worked because it described its own sample is identified and discarded rather than optimised into looking correct.
07TOKYO
TYO's algorithms are written at a desk in Tokyo. A rainbow over Odaiba, a Shinjuku back alley, the main road after midnight — we live here, write code while the markets open and verify it when they close. The rhythm of this city is TYO's timeline.
08Global Community
TYO is developed in Tokyo, but the code runs on terminals in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and beyond. Different brokers. Different spreads. Different market hours. That diversity is the most honest stress test an algorithm can get.
09Technology
We borrow the language of probability — distributions, uncertainty, superposition of outcomes — as a design philosophy, not as a prediction engine. A trade is a position inside a distribution, never a known outcome.
